About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for engineering IT operations, including cloud platforms, container orchestration, and automation frameworks.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and high availability.
- Oversee IT service management processes (incident, problem, change) aligned with ITIL best practices to ensure rapid resolution and minimal disruption.
- Partner with product and hardware engineering groups to design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure that supports mixed‑signal development workflows.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and capacity‑planning solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud native services.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, and compliance for all IT operations assets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AWS or Azure, Kubernetes orchestration, and automation scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar).
- Proven track record of implementing ITIL‑based service management processes and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high‑performing technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL) a plus.
