About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the Rocky Mountain Power Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regional objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale engineering and environmental projects.
- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance to meet cost and schedule targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure compliance and secure project approvals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering and environmental project management, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets.
- Deep understanding of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and sustainability best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
