Software Engineer
Lead the engineering strategy and delivery of a next‑generation content platform, driving AI‑assisted automation, scalable microservices, and cloud‑native architecture to expand tax and compliance content domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the Agentic Content Studio Platform.
- Build and scale cloud‑native microservices on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes for orchestration and CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery.
- Integrate AI/ML models to automate content validation, enrichment, and workflow orchestration across multiple tax and compliance domains.
- Collaborate with product, data, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and performant solutions.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on large‑scale, cloud‑native platforms.
- Strong expertise in Python and Java, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and AWS services.
- Proven track record designing and delivering microservice architectures and AI‑enabled automation pipelines.
- Experience leading engineering teams, setting technical direction, and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of compliance or tax‑related data domains is a plus.
