About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end data support operations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across multiple business units.
- Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to align with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data analysts, engineers, and support specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement scalable data solutions using SQL and Python, integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into actionable data products and dashboards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
