About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data science team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Translate enterprise and functional priorities into a scalable data science roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models and AI solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and analytics teams to integrate models into operational workflows and dashboards.
- Drive best practices in model governance, reproducibility, and performance monitoring to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).
- Strong background in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
