Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives, including the deployment of Google Meridian and custom econometric models.
- Define and enforce best practices for data collection, preprocessing, model development, validation, and documentation to guarantee technical rigor.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to translate model outputs into clear, profit‑focused recommendations.
- Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging analytics techniques and tools, integrating them into the agency’s service offering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, with a strong focus on Marketing Mix Modeling or econometrics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling libraries (e.g., statsmodels, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud platforms and tools such as Google Meridian, BigQuery, or Dataflow.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non‑technical audiences and drive business decisions.
- Track record of leading data science teams and delivering client‑facing projects on time and with high quality.
