Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data science pipelines for petabyte‑scale datasets, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing novel AI models, statistical methods, and analytical tools that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with academic partners and industry experts to pioneer cutting‑edge research and integrate emerging technologies into production systems.
- Champion best practices in data governance, security, and compliance while optimizing cloud‑based infrastructure (primarily AWS).
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale analytics initiatives.
- Expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling.
- Deep knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
