About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee large‑scale machine learning pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary data science team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Drive strategic initiatives, including new analytics capabilities and data‑driven product enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS (SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for building high‑impact data products and mentoring talent.
