Lead data strategy, measurement frameworks, and optimization initiatives across media and experience transformation, leveraging Python, SQL, cloud data platforms, and advanced analytics tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data measurement roadmap to drive insight‑led decision making for integrated media and experience transformation projects.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in building scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau.
- Design and oversee A/B testing, attribution models, and advanced analytics (including machine learning) to optimize campaign performance and client ROI.
- Partner with media, creative, and technology stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable data products and KPI frameworks.
- Champion data governance, quality standards, and best practices across the organization while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, measurement, or optimization roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hands‑on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
- Strong background in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement statistical testing, attribution, and machine‑learning models to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and senior executives.
