About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive data, identity, and addressability strategy that aligns with privacy regulations and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build scalable data pipelines, identity resolution services, and audience segmentation tools.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance real‑time targeting, attribution, and campaign optimization across mobile, TV, and web.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve data quality, governance, and compliance, ensuring a unified view of the customer.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data concepts into actionable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data strategy, identity resolution, or addressability within a large advertising or media tech organization.
- Deep knowledge of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and experience building privacy‑compliant data architectures.
- Proficiency with AI/ML techniques for audience modeling, attribution, and real‑time bidding.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams and delivering large‑scale technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
