Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using SQL, Python, and AWS services.
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards to ensure reliable, compliant data assets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify analytics opportunities and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing data engineering and analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science leadership roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena).
- Strong background in data governance, quality, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience scaling data solutions in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
