Software Engineer
Lead the Data & AI/ML strategy, driving end‑to‑end machine learning solutions on AWS to transform MEP contracting workflows. Oversee model development, data pipelines, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑impact AI products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Data & AI/ML roadmap, aligning with product and engineering teams to deliver AI‑driven features for MEP automation.
- Architect and maintain robust data pipelines and model training workflows on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and ML ops specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions, prioritizing high‑impact use cases.
- Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management, ensuring reliability and ethical use of AI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
- Deep expertise in AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions) and cloud architecture.
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering AI products in a fast‑moving environment.
