Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team in the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of QNXT/NetworX claims databases.
- Design and execute data validation strategies to ensure the integrity and accuracy of stored claims information.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and Python utilities for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and configuration changes.
- Oversee change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for database performance, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on claims processing systems.
- Proven expertise in QNXT/NetworX configuration and administration.
- Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, managing teams and driving project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
