Lead enterprise strategy and governance for sustaining engineering, driving product quality, supply continuity, cost reduction, and manufacturing scalability across the lifecycle using advanced process optimization and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise‑wide Continuation Engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with R&D and manufacturing objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to define and implement governance processes for Continuation Engineering Requests (CERs) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives that improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain resilience.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to secure component availability and support scalability.
- Monitor performance metrics, report on progress, and continuously refine processes to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning and governance skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in the hearing technology or related high‑precision manufacturing sector is a plus.
