About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to C‑suite executives, articulating the value of cybersecurity and AI security offerings.
- Identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts, positioning EPAM’s security portfolio to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Client Partners, Business Unit heads, and delivery leaders to shape and propose comprehensive security engagements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes, ensuring alignment with client risk and compliance objectives.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure while maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in client‑facing, strategic sales or advisory roles.
- Deep understanding of AI‑driven security solutions, risk management frameworks, and modern threat landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C‑suite stakeholders and drive multi‑year engagements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of “speaking geek” to technical audiences while presenting business value.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across sales, delivery, and business unit teams.
