Software Engineer
Lead the design, build, and maintenance of enterprise data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and security while driving strategic insights for client-facing initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver high‑quality data to analytics and reporting platforms.
- Design and implement scalable data warehouses and lakes on cloud platforms, optimizing for volume, velocity, and variety.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all data assets, collaborating with security and legal teams.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver actionable insights for client strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of data processes, tooling, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale data initiatives.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data lake technologies (Lake Formation, S3, Delta Lake).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
