About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a Center of Excellence focused on digital engineering and acquisition for DoD and federal clients.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and best practices to enhance solution delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee end‑to‑end software development life cycles, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
- Guide requirements analysis, training, and financial management to align projects with stakeholder objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate emerging technologies and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital engineering, acquisition, and software development within a federal or DoD environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Deep understanding of security clearance processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
