Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end technology operations, ensuring seamless delivery of identity‑centric data security solutions across 13,500+ organizations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in cloud migration, automation, and infrastructure optimization, leveraging AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Develop and execute operational roadmaps that align with business goals, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to translate customer needs into scalable, secure technology solutions.
- Establish governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks to protect data and meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology operations, preferably in data security or identity management.
- Proven track record managing large, distributed teams and complex cloud infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
