About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and continuously improve the Quote‑to‑Cash value chain across sales, finance, and operations.
- Lead a team of business analysts to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop data models and reporting frameworks using SQL to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Drive process automation and workflow optimization through Agile delivery practices.
- Partner with IT, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or process engineering, with a focus on Quote‑to‑Cash or similar end‑to‑end financial processes.
- Proven expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building analytical dashboards.
- Strong background in Agile project management and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
