Lead battery engineering and manufacturing operations, driving process excellence and innovation in semiconductor and electronics production. Oversee cross‑functional teams, optimize production lines, and ensure high quality and scalability of battery solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end‑to‑end battery engineering, from design through production, ensuring alignment with semiconductor manufacturing standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in process development, scale‑up, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and reduce cycle time.
- Implement robust quality control frameworks, including statistical process control and root‑cause analysis, to meet stringent industry specifications.
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and operations to integrate new battery technologies into existing manufacturing lines.
- Drive cost‑optimization strategies while maintaining product performance and safety compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in battery engineering and manufacturing within the semiconductor or electronics sector.
- Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor process tools, quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma), and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision making and process simulation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
