About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary AI engineering team, driving end‑to‑end solution delivery for the Long Term Care program.
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines, ensuring robust model performance, reproducibility, and compliance with data governance.
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable AI initiatives.
- Champion best practices in model monitoring, bias mitigation, and continuous improvement across production environments.
- Represent the AI function in executive forums, articulating technical insights and business value to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with proven production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering high‑impact solutions.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and scaling AI initiatives in a regulated environment.
