We are seeking a Director of AI/ML to architect, define, and drive GoDaddy 's three-year strategic roadmap for Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions, focused on personalized customer experiences and outcomes.

Strategic Vision and Roadmap: Develop and champion our ambitious vision for AI/ML applications, with clear landmarks to showcase and accelerate global customer growth. Agentic AI Leadership: Identify and operationalize opportunities to demonstrate Agentic AI - AI agents that autonomously perceive, decide, and act, to create adaptive, intelligent systems that address evolving customer needs.

Requirements
- 8+ years’ validated experience in AI/ML leadership roles, in an agile Technology/SaaS business, with a portfolio of large-scale AI/ML solutions, deployed globally with deep knowledge of industry-standard ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Claude Code, both in direct use as well as in team adoption
- Confirmed expertise in building Agentic AI applications for customer-facing use cases
- Validated background in designing, integrating, and scaling end-to-end AI/ML systems solving recommendations, personalization and related problem areas
- Experience working in customer-facing domains with a strong product mindset
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative management skills with a track record of building, leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams
