About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for travel and hospitality clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, providing strategic guidance on AI adoption, commercial viability, and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI across airlines, hotels, and travel platforms.
- Drive governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks for AI initiatives, ensuring responsible and transparent use of data.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy and implementation within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI projects that generate tangible business outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
