About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for life sciences clients across pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives on AI adoption, digital innovation, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead presales efforts, including solution design, ROI analysis, and proposal development for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Drive thought leadership and knowledge sharing on emerging AI technologies and best practices within the life sciences domain.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or related fields, with a strong focus on life sciences.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale AI projects and influencing senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA) and their impact on AI deployment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in presales, business development, or consulting within the life sciences industry is highly desirable.
