About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI and agentic transformation strategies tailored to life, P&C, and reinsurance clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, translating business goals into AI‑driven solutions.
- Design, prototype, and oversee deployment of large‑language‑model and machine‑learning applications that meet regulatory and security standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts—to ensure seamless integration with existing insurance platforms.
- Measure and communicate business impact, ROI, and compliance outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record advising senior leadership on technology strategy and change management.
- Deep expertise in large language models, generative AI, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks and data governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
