Lead enterprise‑scale AI and agentic transformation for energy and utilities clients, advising C‑suite executives and delivering measurable business impact through strategy, design, deployment, and adoption of advanced AI solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI and agentic transformation roadmaps tailored to the regulatory and operational complexities of energy and utilities organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, shaping AI adoption strategies that align with business objectives and risk frameworks.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions, including model development, cloud deployment, data pipelines, and integration with legacy systems.
- Drive cross‑functional teams—data scientists, engineers, architects, and consultants—to ensure timely, high‑quality implementation and measurable ROI.
- Establish governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes to sustain AI performance and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions at scale, preferably within the energy, utilities, or heavily regulated sectors.
- Proven track record of advising senior executives and leading multi‑disciplinary transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
