About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for banking and financial services clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives on AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead presales efforts by shaping opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Measure and report on the business impact of AI initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in AI strategy and implementation within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of advising C‑suite executives and influencing enterprise‑wide digital transformation.
- Strong presales and solution‑selling skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, data governance, and security in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
