Lead enterprise‑wide application migration and integration initiatives, shaping strategy, architecture, and governance while leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi‑year application migration and integration strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Architect end‑to‑end solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including Architecture, Features, Migration, and Governance—to ensure seamless delivery and risk mitigation.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate business drivers into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance models for migration, integration, and DevOps pipelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application migration, cloud architecture, and integration design.
- Proven expertise with AWS and Azure services, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and DevOps tooling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of guiding senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Experience delivering large‑scale transformation programs and establishing governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
