About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics roadmap, aligning with marketing science objectives and client needs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver actionable insights through advanced statistical models, predictive analytics, and data visualizations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and creative teams to integrate analytics into end‑to‑end marketing solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients, translating complex data into clear business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing science roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong statistical background and experience building predictive models for marketing attribution and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence decision‑makers across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to scale analytics programs and manage cross‑functional projects.
