About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage the learning technology stack, ensuring seamless integration of LMS, authoring tools, and analytics platforms.
- Conduct advanced data analysis on learning usage, effectiveness, and ROI, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to embed analytics into course development, improving content relevance and engagement.
- Lead the implementation of new learning technologies, including AI‑powered personalization and micro‑learning modules.
- Provide executive reporting on learning metrics, trends, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in learning technology, analytics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Deep understanding of LMS administration, learning analytics, and instructional design principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects in a remote, global environment.
