About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring robustness and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps specialists to deliver production‑grade models at scale.
- Drive MLOps best practices, implementing CI/CD, model monitoring, and automated retraining workflows on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and clinical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps tooling (MLflow, SageMaker).
- Strong background in data engineering, SQL, and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high‑impact solutions in regulated environments.
