Lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered workforce solutions for Canadian public sector clients, driving productivity, service delivery, and secure automation across health, education, and government domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI Workforce strategy for public sector customers, ensuring alignment with government priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to develop, test, and deploy Azure‑based AI and automation solutions that enhance frontline and back‑office operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high‑impact use cases, build business cases, and secure executive sponsorship.
- Oversee solution architecture, data governance, and security compliance to protect sensitive public data.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, user feedback, and iterative enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation within the public sector.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, secure AI solutions that improve workforce productivity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
