About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a company‑wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines, including data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations leaders to identify high‑impact AI use cases and ensure successful implementation.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary AI team, fostering a culture of innovation, agile delivery, and continuous learning.
- Manage relationships with cloud providers and technology partners to leverage scalable infrastructure and services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions at scale, with a proven track record of enterprise transformation.
- Deep expertise in machine‑learning frameworks, data engineering, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong leadership and change‑management skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
