Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise‑wide adoption of AI and machine‑learning solutions to enhance product management processes and decision‑making.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for AI‑enabled product operations, aligning technology investments with business outcomes.
- Partner with cross‑functional product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable, cloud‑based platforms that support rapid experimentation and deployment.
- Establish governance, metrics, and best practices to measure the impact of AI initiatives on speed, accuracy, and revenue generation.
- Mentor senior product and technology leaders, fostering a culture of data‑driven innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or product operations, with a proven track record of leading AI/ML transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms.
- Strong analytical background, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders across a large organization.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred.
