Director, AI Orchestration - Togetherwork

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for a multi‑product portfolio, aligning technical vision with business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, revenue, CX, and operations to translate AI concepts into scalable product features.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, building, and deploying machine‑learning models and data pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Set performance metrics, monitor model health, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and feedback loops.
• Mentor senior product managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product leadership experience delivering AI/ML‑enabled solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of machine‑learning lifecycle, data engineering, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing product teams in fast‑moving environments.
