About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical vision for AI architecture, model selection, and inference across the product portfolio.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers through end‑to‑end model development, from prototyping to production deployment.
- Champion MLOps best practices, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and automated retraining on cloud platforms (primarily AWS).
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct code and design reviews, providing hands‑on guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade models at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud‑native MLOps tools (e.g., SageMaker, Kubeflow).
- Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring senior engineers and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with large‑scale data pipelines, model monitoring, and performance optimization.
