Software Engineer
Lead AI strategy and engineering for a value‑based healthcare organization, driving a product roadmap that improves senior care outcomes using advanced ML, deep learning, and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI product roadmap aligned with clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing, deploying, and scaling machine learning and deep learning models on AWS.
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to translate research into production‑ready solutions.
- Establish best practices for data engineering, model governance, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Drive innovation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record in product delivery.
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in data engineering, pipeline design, and model deployment at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare or senior care domain is highly desirable.
