Lead the development and execution of AI compliance and Responsible AI governance across the organization, ensuring all AI solutions meet internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while enabling scalable, safe AI adoption.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve AI compliance frameworks and governance guardrails across the full AI lifecycle.
- Translate Responsible AI principles into actionable policies, processes, and decision frameworks for both GxP and non‑GxP environments.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, product, and regulatory teams to embed compliance checkpoints into development pipelines.
- Lead risk assessments, audit readiness, and remediation activities for AI projects, ensuring alignment with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and stakeholder communication to promote a culture of ethical and compliant AI use.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, or technology governance with a focus on compliance and ethics.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, FDA, EMA) and GxP requirements.
- Proven track record in developing and enforcing AI governance policies and risk management processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Law, or related field preferred.
