About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own a sub‑segment within a Line of Business or Function, driving opportunity identification, solution concept development, and program framing in close collaboration with vertical leadership.
- Engage VP/SVP‑level stakeholders, delivering consultative problem‑solving and AI expertise to shape strategic initiatives.
- Translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery from concept to implementation.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment of AI projects with organizational goals and governance standards.
- Champion best practices in AI ethics, data governance, and scalable deployment across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, solution design, or related technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders to deliver measurable AI outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into strategic value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI toolchains is a plus.
