About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI and innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
- Architect, prototype, and scale machine‑learning and generative‑AI solutions on cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable AI‑driven products and services.
- Establish governance, ethical guidelines, and performance metrics for AI initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI solutions.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, generative AI models, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in data engineering, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to build and inspire high‑performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
