About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI‑enabled solutions in partnership with business owners and line functions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and iterative enhancement.
- Apply data‑driven decision making to prioritize features, measure impact, and optimize product performance.
- Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and responsible deployment.
- Communicate product roadmap, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in product management, with a proven track record in AI or advanced analytics products.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
