About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring high quality and reproducibility.
- Design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS) to support AI workloads and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate clinical and operational requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI/automation engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define and enforce best practices for model governance, monitoring, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade models.
- Deep expertise in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3), and data engineering tools.
- Strong background in automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare domain or with regulated data is highly desirable.
