Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI accreditation frameworks that align with global regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to conduct AI system audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain program metrics, reporting dashboards, and continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to embed AI governance into product lifecycles.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings on AI assurance topics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science with a focus on governance or compliance.
- Proven track record in program management, audit, or regulatory affairs within technology or AI sectors.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and emerging AI regulations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
