Data Scientist

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science strategy for media measurement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects: data acquisition, cleaning, modeling, and visualization to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain scalable machine‑learning pipelines and statistical models that predict campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, strategy, tech) to embed data‑driven decision making into all stages of media planning.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or measurement within media or advertising.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big‑data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine‑learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Experience leading and scaling data science teams in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
