About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and schedule approved digital and social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
- Manage content assets within the Content Management System, coordinating with creative, compliance, and product teams.
- Monitor channel performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and reach.
- Conduct SEO/SEM best‑practice reviews and implement keyword strategies to enhance discoverability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content calendars with broader marketing initiatives and health‑care campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social and digital channels, preferably in health‑care or related regulated industries.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress) and social publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite).
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and ability to apply them to content strategy.
- Excellent written communication and project coordination abilities, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
