QA Engineer
Lead digital transformation projects in aerospace, designing and implementing automation solutions with PLCs, SCADA, and Industrial IoT, while leveraging Python and Siemens TIA Portal to optimize production processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for aerospace manufacturing lines, integrating PLCs, SCADA, and Industrial IoT devices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define digitalization roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain Siemens TIA Portal projects, including ladder logic, function blocks, and HMI design.
- Develop Python scripts for data acquisition, analysis, and visualization to support real‑time monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal and Python programming.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
