Software Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions, Power Platform applications, and automated workflows to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom PowerShell scripts.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 with external systems via Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, and other APIs.
- Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver training, and support end‑user adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions in a large enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related development tools.
- Hands‑on scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams APIs.
- Experience with automation frameworks, workflow design, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
