Digital Workflow Specialist - Sweden / Nordics (f/m/d)
to join our dynamic team.
As a Digital Workflow Specialist for the Nordics (f/m/d) , you will be the key link between SprintRay and our customers in the region. You’ll inspire and educate dental professionals, drive digital transformation, and strengthen SprintRay ’s presence in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support dentists, orthodontists, and dental laboratories on the use of our 3D printing solutions
Train and support dental trade partners through workshops, joint customer visits, and events
Independently manage and develop your sales territory across the Nordic region
Position SprintRay as an innovation and market leader in digital dentistry
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
Conduct product trainings, workshops, and presentations at trade shows and symposia
Collaborate with other digital workflow partners (e.g., intraoral scanner, implant, and CAD software manufacturers)
Use our CRM system (Salesforce) to track performance and customer activities
Take responsibility for achieving your sales targets and reporting results
Required Qualifications
Completed education or degree in a dental or commercial field (e.g., dental technician)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in working or selling dental products or digital workflow solutions
Strong knowledge of dentistry and/or dental technology
Experience with CAD/CAM systems or digital workflows is highly desirable
Located in the Nordics but a preference in Sweden or Denmark, with willingness to travel extensively within the region
Fluent in English and one Nordic language
Comfortable using modern IT systems and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, self-driven, and reliable approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Team player with enthusiasm for innovation and technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with 3D printing is a plus
