About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI research teams to design and annotate training data that captures digital transformation scenarios and best practices.
- Analyze and document current operational workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation and digital improvement.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to refine AI model outputs, ensuring relevance and accuracy for enterprise transformation use cases.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple industries to validate model insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging digital transformation tools, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Transformation Manager or similar role, with a track record of leading change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible 8–20 hour weekly schedule.
- Fluency in English; additional EU languages a plus.
