Software Engineer
Lead digital transformation initiatives, driving strategy, governance, and execution across cross‑functional teams using Agile and PMO best practices to deliver measurable business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain PMO processes, tools, and metrics to ensure project delivery, risk mitigation, and resource optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scrum/Kanban practices, and promote continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new digital solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to identify opportunities for automation, data analytics, and customer‑centric digital services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, PMO governance, and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI) is a plus.
